At TI we believe that swimming should be a whole-body skill which flows in harmony with the water.
We teach swimmers how to become relaxed, balanced and aligned in the water.
We use specific drills to imprint key body positions and precise movements along with focal points that develop body awareness.
TI swimmers deliver smooth power in a strong rhythm connected through the core. A TI swimmer can swim indefinitely in the pool or open water as distance is not limited by fitness.
Because our focus is on the skills of swimming we can help anyone to become more effective in the water. Whether you are a non-swimmer who wants to overcome your fears, a runner who wants to complete a first triathlon or an elite athlete looking for a competitive edge.
At TI we believe that everyone should have the opportunity to access the best swimming instruction in the world. We will offer a limited number of sessions that are free of charge and there is a sliding scale of fees for passionate swimmers who have a genuine need. Please contact us for details.
